My name is Keybeck Song. I have grew up here in Champaign. I am a former Marine, but first and foremost a believer in Christ. The way that my life has been changed directly through Christ has led me to use the skills and abilities to help others. I could say that I am a trainer, but really I am life changer, I tried to impact people’s lives through physical fitness

| What led you to your current career? | I went through some rough times, struggling with a divorce, alcohol and depression, I started exercising to feel better about myself. I had a good fitness transformation losing almost 50 pounds. After a year people started to ask me to teach a class because they knew I had the gym. Started a fitness class for fun, but quickly turned into a part time gig. Part time job turned into full time job. Having experienced a life change has allowed others to see what can happen. I never planned to be trainer, it’s just something that fell in my lap. |
| How longed have you lived in Champaign-Urbana? | Grew up in Champaign-Urbana, went into the marines and did one tour overseas. I have been doing InfiniteCU for little over 8 years. |
| What is your favorite restaurant? | Black dog. I love BBQ, that’s my thing. You can keep it somewhat healthy with some smoked meat. #Black Dog Carolina Red! |
| Who is the most interesting person I have met in Champaign-Urbana? | I did a push up contest for charity for wounded vets. It was a collaborative event with another trainer. We had about 10-15 people at this event. We had this marine show up who had both his legs amputated. He had crazy upper body strength and won the contest. That dude just stuck with me, such a humbling experience. My troubles in life just melted away. A lot of times, when people come home after something like that, they go in a different direction. But he is motivating people. Super cool dude. |
| If you could travel anywhere in the World today, where would you go and why? | I am huge fisherman, I love to fish. I would love to go to the Amazon and fish the entire length of the river! I don’t know how much swimming I would do, but definitely be on the bank fishing. |
| If you were to speak to a group of people, what would you message be | I might be better at telling people what not to do! Seriously, practice humility and humbleness. Care about people, do not be focused on goals, pride or money. No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care. Truly caring about people will make you a better leader. |
| What is on your bucket list? | I want to start doing more online training. |
| What current or former local business makes you nostalgic? | Aladdin’s Castle was an old arcade on Country Fair. Growing up in the 90’s we didn’t have playstation 4s. Current business, Jarlings Custard Cup, then a walk in the park. Good time. |
| Favorite thing about Champaign-Urbana? | People are polite here. Champaign-Urbana has a big city vibe with a hometown feel and is just a cool community, it’s home. |
| Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? | Taking InfiniteCU to the NEXT LEVEL! |
| What is one thing interesting that no one knows about you? | I am a huge Seinfeld Fan! |
| What three words or phrases comes to mind when you think of home? | Rest. Family. Friends. |
| If you had a full time staff member, who would you choose? Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Coach, Physical Fitness Trainer, or a Nanny? | I could always use a good trainer and coach, but with a Chef, I would not have to do meal prepping. Yeah Chef. |
